Chief Wayne Dennard administered the Oath of Office to Officer(s) Jeramy Towe and Cory Strickland, and Sergeant David St. Onge on his recent promotion to Lieutenant. Officer Towe has been a member of the Acworth Police Department since 2013, serving in the capacity as a Detention Officer and has recently graduated the police academy. Officer Strickland comes to the department with four years of experience from Union City and previously served four years with the United States Marine Corps. Family members of the sworn officers were in attendance for the presentation.
