Mayor Tommy presented the 2018 Black History Month Proclamation to Pastor Rameses "Cheno" Echevarria of Greater Church, Acworth, GA. Pastor Cheno served as the guest speaker for this year's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ceremony that was held on January 15 at Zion Hill Missionary Church. Pastor Cheno's wife Lydia and children, Remeses, Jr., Levi, Abigail, and Jadel were also in attendance for the presentation.
