The Acworth Parks, Recreation and Community Resource Department will be hosting our annual Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, March 23, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. This year we will be hosting a Sock Hop! The location will be at North Cobb High School in the Cafeteria.
We invite all girls ages 13 and under to attend our Sock Hop with their dads or adult male chaperone. The daddy-daughter duos will dress in their leather jackets and poodle skirts and dance the night away! It will be a great opportunity for dads and their daughters to spend a special evening together. The event will include a DJ, light refreshments, gifts for the girls, and a photographer will be set up for optional pictures.
Registration for this event opens on January 7 for City of Acworth residents and the cost is $30.00 per couple. Registration for non-residents opens on January 14 and the cost is $40.00 per couple. Additional daughters cost $10.00 each. Make sure to pre-register for this event! Day-of Registrations will not be guaranteed a gift and increased rates will apply.
