Re-Dedication of American Legion Post 304

On March 19th the American Legion Post 304 held a re-dedication ceremony to change the name to Ron Asby North Cobb American Legion Post 304. Ron Asby was one of the founding members of Post 304 and was instrumental in the relocation and redevelopment of the current location. Mack Parnell of Congressman Barry Loudermilk’s office presented the Post a flag that had been flown over the State Capital on Veteran’s Day. Mayor Tommy Allegood and Lynda Asby cut a ribbon in honor of the renaming of the post to Ron Asby North Cobb American Legion Post 304.
