Mayor Tommy presented a proclamation in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month to Foster Norman, CEO and Melissa O'Brien, Community & Public Relations Specialist of the Cobb County Community Service Board. Mental Health Awareness Month is recognized during the month of May in the City of Acworth in an effort to promote increasing awareness and understanding of mental health and the need for appropriate and accessible services for all people with mental health conditions.
