Residents of Acworth are invited to join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the "36th Annual National Night Out" (NNO) crime and drug prevention event. Our National Night Out will be held at the Acworth Police Department on August 6th from 6pm - 8pm.
The Acworth Police Department is located at 4440 Acworth Industrial Drive. The Acworth Police Department, Acworth Power Department and Cobb Fire Department will be on hand to interact with residents. This is an opportunity for you to meet our officers, play some games, and ask questions.
National Night Out is a great crime prevention tool that encourages you and your neighbors to get together. When neighbors know each other and pay attention to their surroundings, they are more likely to recognize and report suspicious people or vehicles to law enforcement. The more you know about your neighborhood, the more you can do to keep it safe.
