At the Council Meeting on Thursday, July 18th Mayor Pro-Tem Pugliese presented Vince DiCecco with a proclamation in recognition of United States Coast Guard Day. United States Coast Guard Day is being recognized in the City of Acworth on August 4, 2019 to honor and celebrate the 228 year history and legacy as the Nation's oldest and premier maritime agency, as well as to reflect upon its many legendary heroes and their patriotic missions.
