On Tuesday, August 6th the Acworth Police Department hosted the National Night Out. Mayor Allegood presented a Proclamation for NNO to Corporal McIntosh and cut a ribbon for the festivities. In addition to our police officers we had members of the City Council and the Power & Public Works Department in attendance as well. The police department made burgers and hotdogs, power & public works made popcorn, there were multiple bounce houses, vendor tents and City Manager Brian Bulthuis got in the dunk tank! Thanks to everyone who came out to visit!!
