At Thursday's City Council meeting City Clerk Regina Russell and her mother Flora Stevens accepted the proclamation for DIPG Awareness. DIPG is a highly aggressive tumor found on the brain stem of children between ages of 5 and 9. Warriors Against DIPG will be having a fund raiser on September 21 from 9m-4pm at Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 2385 Acworth Due West Road.
