On September 5th Mayor Allegood presented a Proclamation in Recognition of Constitution Day (September 17) to Patricia Hein, Helen Story and Barbara Vincent. Ms. Story will have her copy of the Constitution on display in the lobby at City Hall the week of September 17th.
