Mayor Tommy recognized 2021 Title I award recipients; on behalf of McCall Primary, Principal Thomas Farrell who was unable to attend, and Principal Tia Amlett from Barber Middle School. Ms. Amlett thanked school staff, families, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, and the
