Mayor Tommy recognized and presented the annual U.S. Navy Day Proclamation to Navy Veteran Steve Hale who served four years from 1974 to 1978 and was a recipient of the Good Conduct Medal. Acworth citizens are urged to remember and thank our veterans and active military personnel who faithfully serve in this and other branches of the United States Armed Forces.
