On Thursday, December 16th, 2021, Mayor Tommy presented a proclamation to Bobby Kelly in recognition of his dedication, commitment, and tireless efforts over the years as the Founder of Helping One Guy (H.O.G.). H.O.G. is a local organization that provides hope and financial support to families through fundraiser meals. H.O.G. has contributed over $20,000 to city programs through the Horizon League and Special Needs Development Group to maintain minimum costs for families with special needs children and adults. The organization donated $4,000 for this year's contribution. H.O.G. staff was also in attendance for the presentation.
