Mayor Tommy presented the annual U.S. Coast Guard Day Proclamation to retired Captain Chuck Polk who faithfully served 42 years. Mr. Polk advised of his past experiences with the United States Coast Guard and further advised that the proclamation will be on display at the American Legion Post 304.
