Proclamation in Recognition of United States Marine Corps Day, November 10, 2022
Mayor Tommy presented the Annual United States Marine Corps Day Proclamation to veteran Sergeant Dwayne Kilbourne. November 10, 2022 will commemorate 247 years of the existence of the United States Marine Corps, which was first resolved by the Continental Congress on November 10, 1775. Citizens are urged to recognize the service, sacrifice, and faithfulness of the U.S. Marine Corps and their families for our Nation.
