Please CLICK HERE to download service application (descargar la aplicación de servicio aquí) and send to “email@example.com”. Applications can also be taken in the office at 4415 Center Street, Acworth GA between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Residential accounts require a minimum deposit of $100 and Commercial accounts are based on the average monthly bill at the service location with a minimum of $150.00, which will be placed on the first bill unless due to prior history, prepayment is required. Customers who authorize a credit check for a small fee and receive a score of 850 or higher will have their power deposit waived.
Sanitation accounts require a $60 cart deposit for each container, which holds 95 gallons. Each container is assigned a serial number and records are kept to show the one assigned to your address. Additional carts are available for an extra $10.75 per month plus extra $60 deposit. Residential collection of household garbage and yard debris is one day a week, which will be given to you at the time the service is established. Large item pickups are available for $25 per item and performed on Thursdays, but need to be scheduled at least one business day in advance by contacting customer service.

The Acworth Sanitation team is excited to share with residents changes that will help to make our Sanitation pick-up service more convenient, safe and continue to allow us to maintain affordable rates. The changes will allow us to reduce fuel costs and wear and tear on the vehicles and roads. To make your service easier and more effective, we are moving to a one-day service schedule. If you currently have separate service days for household waste and yard waste/dry goods, we will now service all waste at the curb on one single day. We will place a sticker on your container that will show your service day, common rules and holiday schedules. Please visit our Sanitation Department page to find the correct service date for your pick-up. The new schedule will begin on the week of January 23-27, 2023.
